Tyler Simpson | Dumas, Arkansas Photographer

Tyler is one of the most driven individuals I’ve met. I just want to go ahead and start her blog with a list of her accomplishments/degrees:

Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (2017)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2018)
Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion (2018)
Certified Pediatric Nurse (2020)
Master of Science in Nursing (2020)
Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care (2021)

Wow. Just wow.

When we spoke about graduation and her upcoming future, she was a little nervous about the job market and finding the right job for her. I told her NO WORRIES SISTER!! I have no doubt that God will place Tyler exactly where she needs to be.

Hard work pays off, and I’m so honored that I could help her document such an important chapter in her story.

Tyler, simply put, you’re amazing.

Lennon | Dumas, Arkansas Child Photographer

This precious little angel just celebrated her ‘berry first birthday’!

Mama knew she also wanted to incorporate wisteria into the session somehow- it’s her favorite flower and she even had some worked into her maternity pictures. I just happened to drive by a patch on my way to work and thought the day before she told me this that I needed to photograph someone there. That someone was little Lennon!

This is one of the absolute cutest themes I’ve come across in awhile! Lennon is such a beautiful baby girl, and it was an honor to create these special memories for her mama, daddy and entire family.

Picture overload ahead- sorry, not sorry LOL

Natalie & Nalanie | Dumas, Arkansas Baby Photographer

These girls….yall…..I could have taken them home with me! They were SO perfect!

Their mama apologized for bringing them in at 3 months old and not sooner. MAMAS: NO NEED TO APOLOGIZE FOR THESE THINGS! Do not EVER feel like you cannot bring them in for pictures if they’re not ‘newborns’. A year from now, they will look like newborns in their portraits even if they’re not technically in that stage! If you want to have their portraits done in the first 14 days of their newborn stage, I highly recommend planning this several months before the birth, because it’s so easy (and normal!) to get overwhelmed after your babies are born.

Please, though, do not put pictures off if you missed the official ‘newborn’ age. Do them anyway!

Rant over and back to these squishy baby girls ❤

Natalie and Nalanie came in bright-eyed, staring at me from their carseats. I said a few words to them, and I saw a little smile begin to form. Mama got one at a time out- we would photograph the first while the other relaxed in her seat, then we swapped. These girls never fussed! Not one bit!

I was mush in their little chubby hands! It didn’t take much to get them to smile! I went into this session preparing for it to take up to two hours, since it was with twins. We came out in less than an hour! Almost unheard of for 3 month old twins.

Let me show you all just how perfect they are:
