If you ever need a dose of happiness, just go hang out with Madison. She is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day, and from what little time I’ve known her, seems to be THAT friend….the one who you can always lean on when you need to talk to when you need some uplifting.

She’s just awesome.

Madison is a senior at DeWitt High School and is a member of my 2023 Senior Influencer team. Anything chicken is her fav food, her go-to color is sage green, she LOVES hanging out with her friends, and doing makeup is her thing!

She loves making others happy, and although she wants to be a sports medicine nurse, her heart will always dream of being an esthetician!

What an evening we had for Kenzie’s senior session!

Her mom and I had been watching the weather all week, so the day of her session we were cautiously optimistic when the rain chances were low. Although storms started to pop up here and there around us, it’s as if God decided to keep Dumas and DeWitt clear for Kenzie! Even though it didn’t rain, the sky ended up being amazing!

Kenzie has so many achievements under her belt- two from this past summer are attending Arkansas Girls State and Governors School!

She loves the color red (although she slayed in that green dress below!) and her favorite song is ‘Drops of Jupiter’ by Train. She plans on going to school for business/technical writing.

To all of you Harry Potter fans out there, she’s team Slytherin!

Kenzie is a member of our ’23 Senior Influencer Team, and I’m so excited I get to photograph her throughout her senior year!

Hi everyone, meet Mr. Social!

Seriously, though, this young man never meets a stranger and has a million dollar smile! I’ve only known him since this past spring, but the stories I’ve heard from his family and friends tells me that he’s that friend that will always make you laugh, and that friend who will always be there for you.

Trent is a senior at DeWitt High School and is a member of our 2023 Senior Influencer team. He loves playing football, along with hunting, fishing, and going camping. He is the Student Council President & Mr. DHS! He says at the top of his list, though, is hanging out with his beautiful girlfriend and making people laugh.

By the way, when that beautiful girlfriend tags along for his senior session, she has no choice but to be in some of his pictures!

He nailed all of his images and I can’t wait for his second session this fall! Here are some favorites that are going in his album:

Makayla knew she wanted her senior portraits to reflect something around her hometown and southeast Arkansas, but she also knew she wanted something different from this area too. She decided to go with our two-season senior session so she could get everything she dreamed of!

We met back in April to talk about her ideas and to plan her session. We kept in contact so she could think about what exactly she wanted, and when the time finally came to decide on the location for her first session, she chose Hot Springs!

Bath House Row did not disappoint, and Makayla brought her A game that day! I felt as if I’d known Makayla and her mom, Kortney, forever! My son, Cash, came along (helping me has been his summer job and he’s been awesome!) and he loved getting to know them. We talked and laughed and had THE best time that afternoon!

I am in love with all of Makayla’s pictures from that day, and I’m so excited that I get to photograph her again! She’s a member of my ’23 Senior Influencer team so I’m thankful I’ll get to see much more of her throughout her senior year!

These days, it’s not often you come across such accomplishment driven teenagers. Don’t get me wrong, I know a LOT of amazing kids who excel in areas of their lives, but to see one who strives to be at the top in ALL areas is rare.

Meet Caleb! This guy is a goal setter and a dream chaser. He’s in that top 5% that strives to be great in whatever he does. You know the saying ‘The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree’? There’s no doubt Caleb gets these attributes from his mom! She recently received her doctorate and is now the new Superintendent of the Dumas School District!

Caleb has attended numerous activities and football practices all summer, and in the midst of that, helped with White’s Artworks to complete an amazing mural in downtown Dumas.

Addison is a senior this upcoming school year at DeWitt High School (Go Dragons!)

She was a dream to photograph! Literally so easy to pose, and she could give some killer serious looks! Oh, and what about those outfits?? She planned those all on her own- she was a whole vibe! I loved it!!

Addison plans to attend college after graduation to become a dermatologist. She loves listening to good music and her favorite color is red! Steak, shrimp and crab legs are at the top of her list of favorite foods! When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her boyfriend.

She’s also a member of our Class of ’23 Senior Influencer team, so I get to photograph her again! YAY!

Lilly Wilmoth | DeWitt, Arkansas Senior Photographer

Lilly is excited about the upcoming school year, but she is soaking in every moment of summer break- which is flying by, by the way!

Lilly enjoys making jewelry, painting, playing video games and hanging out with her boyfriend in her free time. Green is her FAV color, and I think she rocks it pretty darn great in her portraits!

Ally is the cutie on her shoulder below, and who also had to have a close-up done (she was trying her best to steal the show lol!). She is one of Lilly’s most prized possessions, rightfully so! She’s downright adorable!

Lilly is such an amazing young woman, and has some big dreams for her future after high school. She dreams of being a nurse like her mom, but hasn’t taken the idea of being a veterinarian off of the table!

I think her personality shines through her images below, and I’m grateful I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to get to know her!

Alysia | Star City, Arkansas Senior Photographer

Alysia has such a fun-loving spirit! You can definitely see it shine throughout her session below!

She comes from a hard working family, and family means a lot to them. Whenever Alysia told them her ideas for her senior session, they did whatever they needed to do to make it happen for her. Her brother even washed their farm tractor for her session! Not a drop of mud on it! How special is that?

We dodged rain her entire session, but at the end, it couldn’t hold out any longer. I found a tree to put my light under, and we kept shooting just a little longer. If you look close at the end, you can see the raindrops! We had so much fun!

I love that Mia chose to do a two part senior session- we completed her first session this past summer in the Little Rock area. She chose to go with a city feel, and boy did she kill it!

Part two, she wanted to get a home feel and have them done in her back yard and at her high school. She has the most gorgeous teal colored pond in her back yard, and beside it is a fire pit/porch swing area that people only dream about. It’s complete with a wooden swing that her mama added just so that she could take her senior pictures there one day. Well that day is here and Mia, once again, knocked her session out of the park. She’s so photogenic and fun! We had a great time at both sessions and I’m in LOVE with all of her images!

Alexa | Dumas, Arkansas Senior Photographer

Different. One of Alexa’s first words at her planning session was ‘different’. She wanted to stand out. Yes, she still wanted to capture her roots of her hometown (which is coming this fall!), but she wanted something outside of the box. She wanted something outside of this area that was different.

Her mom had an idea.

Nestled outside of Hot Springs, right on beautiful Lake Hamilton, is a beautiful home that belongs to a friend of theirs. He graciously welcomed us to use his home however we wanted, using both anywhere inside or outside that we wanted. This house was a perfect compliment to Alexa and what she had planned for that day.

I’m pretty sure we hit the nail on the head with this session, and being different. Here are Alexa’s favorites!
