Lindsey | Dumas, Arkansas Senior Photographer

Rain, rain and more rain!  We already had to reschedule Lindsey’s session once due to the rain, so since the chance was low for her new date we decided to stick with it.  We made it through that evening but we definitely had to roll with the punches!

We went to our first location and it began to sprinkle, so we moved 20 minutes down the road and shot there.  The rain began to fall at our location just as we finished.  Since it looked to be clear at the first spot we started, we headed back that way.

It was probably dry for 5 minutes lol! We had just enough time to get a few ‘dry’ shots beforehand, but once it started raining my assistant Erin covered my head with the reflector and we kept on shooting!

I’m in love with Lindsey’s outfits!  She did a fabulous job picking them out, even making her own flower crown.  My hair and makeup artist, Catie, topped it off with a gorgeous look that perfectly matched Lindsey’s personality.  Her boyfriend also tagged along so we done a few shots of them together, per his request!  How sweet is that??

I’m in love with these!

Bailey | Dumas, Arkansas Senior Photographer

Bailey is such a sweet and easy going person.  She came in telling me she absolutely could not pull off a serious look, because she laughs too much.  As you can see below, she did, and she did it VERY well!  Although it was hot and humid, Bailey was a trooper and toughed it out.  We had a great time with a lot of laughs and got some gorgeous images!  These are Bailey’s favorites:

Kaylei | Dumas, Arkansas Senior Photographer

I don’t think I’ve laughed as much at a session as I did at Kaylei’s.  She and her mom have such a vivacious and friendly personality!  I felt as if I’ve known them my entire life.

Kaylei loves to be outside, hunt, fish, go to church, and hanging out with her friends.  She’s entering her senior year at Drew Central this fall, and plans to pursue Nursing afterwards at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

Madison | Dumas, Arkansas Senior Photographer

Madison is such a beautiful and strong young woman.  She only had one request when planning her session, and that was to incorporate her daddy.  What an honor it was to tie her daddy into her senior portraits for her!  Madison has been through more than most adults in her young life, but through God’s grace, she still stands tall and has a beautiful smile on her face.  If you haven’t heard the song ‘Overcomer’ by Mandisa, you should go listen.  That song reminds me of Madison.  I’ll leave you with the chorus, then you can scroll down to see Madison’s favorites from her senior session.

You’re an overcomer
Stay in the fight ‘til the final round
You’re not going under
‘Cause God is holding you right now
You might be down for a moment
Feeling like it’s hopeless
That’s when He reminds You
That you’re an overcomer
You’re an overcomer

Kaylee | Dumas, Arkansas Senior Photographer

After getting rained out a few times, we were finally able to meet at Lake Monticello for Kaylee’s sunset summer session.  It was a little bit hot and a lot humid, but she never once complained!  We hopped around from place to place and finished with a gorgeous painted sunset in the sky.  She nor the sky disappointed that evening!  She has the sweetest, most gentle spirit about her, and I know her parents would be SO proud of who she is today.  Here are a few of Kaylee’s favorites (we will be sharing more soon since she decided to do the 2-part senior session….summer AND fall!)
